Q – How much does delivery cost?
A – Delivery is free.
Q – When can I expect my delivery?
A – North Island deliveries are usually delivered within 1-2 business days; however, rural areas may take longer depending on your rural postman.
South Island are usually delivered within 3-5 business days; however, rural areas may take longer depending on your rural postman.
Q – What if I have some delivery instructions for the courier?
A – During the checkout process you will be asked for any special notes you wish to tell the courier, this is your chance to explain things like how to find your property, which house you are down a shared driveway, or what your gate code is.
And if you have chosen to opt out of “signature required” and you are not home, then here is your chance to explain where to leave your Product that is in a safe location in the cool shade and out of the sun and or view of people walking by.
Q- How do I track my order?
A – Once your order has been dispatched, we shall email you a link so that you may track your delivery.
Q – Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
A – Yes, all deliveries require your signature. However, you do have an option to opt out of “signature required”.
If you opt out of “signature required” and you are not home, the courier will not leave your delivery unattended. In this case the courier will leave a calling card with contact details so that you may contact the courier company to organise another delivery time more suitable for you.

Q – Can you deliver weekends?
A – At this stage we do not deliver on weekends, but if this is important to you then please contact us to discuss.
